taining 200 Acres made by the said Henry Davis to Henry Beck-
with who sold the same to Peter Taylor for the Reasons therein
mentioned; Rejected

This House hath appointed Col Levin Gale to joyn the Members
named by your House in your Message of the 8th Instant by Mrs
Trippe and Caswall to inspect the Accounts and Proceedings of the
Commissioners of the Paper Currency

Province Entituled An Act for the Speedy Recovery of Small Debts
out of Court before a single Justice of the Peace; and also An Act

to continue an Act of Assembly of this Province Entituled a oupple

mentary Act to the Act Entituled An Act for emitting and making
Current ninety thousand Pounds Current Money of Maryland in
Bills of Credit and to restrain some evil Practices of Sheriffs under
Colour of the said Act committed severally thus subscribed

Read and assented to by the Lower House of Assembly
