This House hath appointed Mr Moale Mr Trippe Colo Colvile
Mr Edward Lloyd & Captn Caswall Members of this House to joyn
any Members appointed by Your House as a Committee to inspect
the Accounts and Proceedings of the Commissioners or Trustees
for emitting Bills of Credit established by Act of Assembly

Read the Petition of Abraham Wood of St Marys County seting
forth that he has invented a Method of building a Mill which will
grind any Manner of Grain, without the Assistance of Wind Water
or Horses, & praying that an Act may pass giving him or his As-
signes the sole Power of building such Mills for the space of twenty
One Years; Recommended to the Consideration of the Lower House
and sent by Col Hammond
