The said Bill being indorsed will not pass sent to the Upper House
by Cap" Wright & Mr Courts.
On motion, leave given to bring in a Bill to lay a Duty on Horses
Geldings Mares Colts or Fillies brought into this Province by land
or water.
The question was put that a Bill be brought in to alter the Act
concerning Adultery and Fornication, resolved in the affirmative.
Ordered a Bill be brought in Accordingly.
An ingrossed Bill Entituled an Act reviving an Act of Assembly
entituled an Act for lycensing Pedlars and Hawkers read and as-
sented to, and sent to the Upper House with the paper Bill by
Messrs Matthews and Robert Lloyd.
The House adjourns untill to morrow Morning at 9 of the Clock.
