Edmund Jenings Esq^r from the Upper House delivers M^r Speaker
a Bill entituled an Act reviving an Act of Assembly Entituled a
Supplementary Act to the Act entituled an Act laying an imposition
on Negroes and on several Sorts of Liquors imported, and also on
Irish Servants to prevent the importing too great a number of
Irish Papists into this Province, indorsed on the back thus. (See
page 154.)
And thus by the Upper House of Assembly May the 12^th Read
the second time & will pass.
