the Bill Entituled an Act Impowering a Committee to lay Assess
and Apportion the Publick Levy for this present Year 1733 In-

The following Message was prepared; but not Sent the Upper
House being Adjourned. [This message is printed at page 52.]
The house Adjourns untill to Morrow Morning Eight of the
Clock

The House met according to Adjournment &ca
The Message Prepared last Night was sent this Morning to the
Upper House by Mr Crabb and Mr Courts.
Edmund Jenings Esqr from the Upper House Delivered to Mr
Speaker the following Message and Addresses. [This message is

Was sent by Mr Beale and Collo Herman.
Collo Tilghman & Coll. Ward from the Upper House Acquaint
Mr Speaker that the Lord Proprietary requires him and the rest of
the Members of this House, to Attend him Immediately in the Upper
House, They withdrew.
Mr Speaker with the rest of the Members of this House went to
the Upper House.
The Speaker Presented to the Lord Proprietary, The following
Ingrossed bills. [This list is printed at page 53.]

All which the Lord Proprietary by the Clerk of the Council de-
clared his Assent to.
After which his Lordship was pleased to make the following
Speech. [This speech is printed at page 54.]
Then the Chancellor declared by Order of his Lordship, The
Assembly be Prorogued to the first Tuesday in July next; And the
Assembly is accordingly Prorogued.
Mr Speaker with the rest of the Members of this House returned.

Mr Speaker reassumed the Chair, and repeated what his Lordship
had done and said.
Thereupon, this House stands Prorogued to the first Tuesday in
July next
So endeth this Second Session of Assembly, the 12th day of April
Anno Domini 1733
