Was sent by Mr Crabb and Mr Hammond.
George Plater Esqr from the Upper House Delivered to Mr
Speaker the Journal of the Committee of Accounts Indorsed. Read
and Assented to; Provided there be an Allowance made to John
Young for his Account therewith Sent.
A Bill Entituled an Act Impowering a Committee to lay Assess
and Apportion the Publick Levy for this Present Year One thou-
sand seven hundred and thirty three, was read the first and Second
time; by Especial Order and passed.
Ordered that Mr Lewis be Allowed at the Laying the Levy, Forty
Shillings, And Mr Clark, Mr Ghislin, and Mr Gough thirty Shillings
Each for Extraordinary Services done this Assembly.
The House Adjourns untill to Morrow Morning Eight of the
Clock.

Wednesday Morning April 11th 1733.

April 11

The house met according to Adjournmt &c.
An Ingrossed Bill Entituled an Act for laying out and Applying
3500tt &c. Was read & Assented to, And Sent to the Upper House
with the Paper bill by Mr Dulany and Major Jordan.
Ordered that the Treasurer of the Western Shore send for Parch-
ment Paper and Inkpowder to the Value of Twenty pounds Sterling
for the use of the Publick
