Gentlemen
We agree to your Message of this day by Messrs Beale and Sprigg
Provided that the Draught be made by the Treasurer out of the
Duty of Twenty Shillings Sterling on Negroes (by way of Loan)
to be repaid by the Trustees in bills of Credit at the Difference of
Thirty three and one Third advance
