George Plater Esqr from the Upper House Delivers Mr Speaker
The Bill Entituled an Act for Building a Publick Gaol in Annapolis
and the Bill Entituled an Act Enabling the Commrs or Trustees of
the Paper Currency Office to pay the Several Representatives of the
severally Countys the sum of f 500 severally Indorsed Read by the
Upper House the Second time and will Pass, which Bills were here

Read and Passed for Ingrosging-, The Paper Dill Entituled an Act

for Enlargeing the time for Shiping Tobacco this present Year In-
dorsed. The Ingrossed Bill whereof this is the Original is Read and
assented to by the Lower House of Assembly was sent to the Upper
House By Coll King and Mr Key.
The House Adjourned till the Afternoon at 2 a Clock.

Post Merediem.

The House met according to Adjournment &c. Michael Howard
Esqr from the Upper House Delivers Mr Speaker the following
Message. [See page 354.]
Ordered that Collo Young Treasurer of the Western Shore for
the Future Remit the Sterling Money he shall Receive To Mr Wm
Hunt Merch' in London for the Several Use's to which it is apro-
priated. The Following Message Sent to the Upper House by Mr
Key and 3 More, [See page 355.]
