An Ingrossed Bill Entituled an Act to Cut of the Entail of a Tract
of Land Containing one hundred and Thirty Acres Lying in Dor-
chester County being part of a Tract of Land Called Goodridges
Choice and to Entail in Lieu Thereof a Tract of Land Called the
Hope Containing fifty Acres also another Tract Called the Ad-
dition to the Hope Containing one hundred and Seventeen Acres
both lyeing in the Said County of Dorchester.
An Engrossed Bill Entituled an Act for the Erecting a Town in
Cecil County on the North Side of Sassafras River &c. An In-
grossed Bill Entituled an Act Reviveing and Continueing An Act of
Assembly of this Province Entituled an Act for the Better Relief of
poor Debtors.
An Ingrossed Bill Entituled an Act to Continue an Act Entituled
an Act for Raiseing a Duty of Three pence p hogshead on all To-
bacco Exported out of this Province for the uses therein mentioned.
An Ingrossed Bill Entituled a Supplementary Act to the Act En-
tituled an Act to Encourage Adventurers in Iron Works. An In-
grossed Bill Entituled An Act Relateing to the placeing and Building
a prison, in Somerset County, and An Ingrossed Bill Entituled an
Act to Adjourn the Courts of Assize were Severally Read and As-
sented to by this House and Sent to the Upper House with the Paper
Bills Thereof by Mr Denton and Mr Tilghman.

On Reading the Bill Entitulled an Act to prevent the false pack-
ing Tobacco &c. the Second time the Question was put that the said
