to the Treasurer or Treasurers of this Province, for the Time being,
to be disposed of to the Uses aforesaid, as the Governour and Coun-
cil, for the Time being, shall direct: For the Collection whereof, the
Naval-Officers shall be allowed the Sallary of Eight per Cent, and no
more.
This Act to continue for Three Years, and to the End of the next
Session of Assembly which shall happen after the Expiration of the
said Three Years.

An Act, Repealing an Act, intituled, An Act against Ingrossers
and Registers
Be it Enacted, by the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary, by
and with the Advice and Consent of His Lordship's Governour, and
the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly, and the Authority of the
same, That an Act of Assembly, intituled, An Act against Ingrossers
and Regrators, made at a Session of Assembly, begun and held at
the City of Annapolis, in the County of Anne Arundel, on the Tenth
Day of July, Anno Domini, One Thousand Seven Hundred and
Twenty Nine, be and is hereby repealed, made void, and of none
Effect.

An Act, Reviving and Continuing the Acts therein mentioned.
Be it Enacted, by the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary, by
and with the Advice and Consent of His Lordship's Governour, and
the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly, and the Authority of the
same, That an Act of Assembly, intituled, An Act to encourage the
making of Linnen Cloth within this Province, or Flax, or Hemp,
of the Growth thereof, made at a Session of Assembly, begun and
held at the City of Annapolis, the Thirteenth Day of July, Anno
Domini One Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty One: Also, A
supplementary Act to the same, made at a Session of Assembly held
at the same City, on the Eleventh Day of July, Anno Domini One
Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Two, be and are hereby
revived and continued in full force from and after the End of this
present Session of Assembly, for and during the Term of Three
Years, and to the End of the next Session of Assembly, that shall
happen after the said Three Years.
