Read the first & second time by especial order the Bill Entituled
an Act for defraying the publick Charge of this Province passed
and sent to the Lower House by Philip Lee Esqr
An Engrossed Bill from the Lower House by Mrs King & Hall
Entituled an Act for defraying the publick Charge of this Province
thus Subscribed
24th April 1735
Read & Assented to by the Lower House of Assembly
Signed p Order M Macnemara Ci Lo Ho.

Read and Assented to by this House Ordered to be so Subscribed
the paper bill so Endorsed is sent to the Lower House by Benjamin
Tasker Esqr
Col Macall and Col King from the Lower House acquaint his
Excellcy their House hath no Business before them
Col Ward is sent to the Lower House to acquaint the Speaker
that his Excellency requires him and the rest of the members of that
House to attend him immediately in the Upper House to see the Bills
passed both Houses this Session receive the assent
