Mr Beale and five more from the Lower House acquaint the
Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary that there are a Sufficient
number of Members met to make a House and wait his Lordships
Commands.
John Hall Esqr and Co Tilghman are sent to the Lower House
to Inform the Speaker that his Lordship requires his Attendance
with the whole House in the Council Chamber
The Sneaker and the Lower House attend and the Right Honour-
able the Lord Proprietary is pleased to make the following Speech
