An Act to Enable James Lloyd and Anne his wife and Deborah Pem-
berton Surviveing Exrs of Robert Grundy deced to Convey the
Lands and Watermill therein menconed According to the Sales
thereof made by the Deced in his Life time
Whereas the said 'Robert Grundy in his life time sold one Lott
wth the Appurts lying in the Town of Oxford in Talbot County unto
Danll Sherwood of Talbot County Gent and unto James Dawson of
the same County a Parcell of Land Called Fentry Contd One hundred
Acres with the Appurts and a parcell of Land Called Long point Contd
forty two acres wth the Appurts, and unto Edwd Morgan two hun-
