lyeing At the head of Mattawoman Creek Called Crouchs Gift to him

other parcell of Land Adjacent to the others Called Barns hill Con-
taining One Hundred and fifty Acres As alsoe One other parcell of
Land Adjoyning to the s^d Barn hill given me by my Father John
Courts Containing Sixty Acres the Severall parcells of Land afore-
said to the s^d Charles Courts and his Heires of his body lawfully
begotten forever And on failure of such Heires to the right Heires
ot me the s^d John Courts forever, Item I Give to my sonn Charles
