The House met according to Adjournment, The Members were
Called and all Present as Yesterday. The proceedings of yesterday
were read

Mr Edmundson appeared in the House this (lav.
The Bill Entituled an Act to Ascertain the fees of the Practitioners
of the Law within this Province and to Prevent Extortions frauds
and Abuses therein. Was read the Second time and passed and
Sent to the Upper House by Collo Gale & Mr Hollyday and Mr
George, Who return and say they delivered the same.
The Petition of John Smith in Prince Georges County Gaol was
read and Granted.
John Hall Esqr from the Upper House delivered to Mr Speaker
the bill Entituled an Act for the Laying out of Land and Erecting a
.Town at a place Called Broxons Point in Cecil County Indorsed
thus.
