Gentlemen
On considering Your Message of the 11th Instant whereby you
propose a Committee of both Houses to draw up an Address to his
Lordship for passing the Tobacco Law and any other Laws made
this Session We readily concurr with your House therein and have
appointed Philemon Lloyd Esqr Matthew Tilghman Ward and
Philip Lee Esqr Three of the Members of Our House, to Join such
Members of Your house as you shall appoint for that purpose.

House is unwilling to proceed further in relation to the Subject
matter of the said Message until We have your Honours Sentiments
on the bill relating to Attornys now before you which We conceive
to be of as much Importance to the Countrey as any one thing that
hath been considered this Session
