Build in & upon every such Lott or Lotts so taken up as afd one
Dwelling house to Cover four hundred Square feet of ground with a
brick Chimney thereto, fully to be Compleated & finished within
Eighteen months after the taking up said Lott or Lotts afd any thing
to the Contrary notwithstanding, and in 5th line of 7th page between
the words, made, and that, put the words, and built upon as before
directed, And in 10th line of Same page the words, and be it further
Enacted, to the words, for ever, in the last line of the page be left out,
and the following words Added, and be it further Enacted by the
Authority, advice & consent afd That every person taking up or being
in possession of any of the Lotts in the afd Town shall be chargeable
with & lyable to the payment of one penny Current Money of Mary-
land p Annum for each Lott to the Right Honourable the Lord Pro-
prietary and his heires for ever

on all Tobacco Exported out of this Province, Severally thus
Endorsed.
