Tilghman Ward and Michael Howard Esq^r Members of this House
as Conferees to joyn the Members Appointed by your Conferrence
about the Oath of Judge or Justice who are ready to Attend
imediately at the House of M^r Lomas.

Read the Petition of Cleborn Lomas a languishing Prisoner in
Charles County Goal, and rejected the Pet. not having Given notice
to his Creditors according to a resolution of this House made last
Session of Assembly

Daughters and Coheirs of William Blay Deced Aquila Paca and
Rachel his wife another of the Daughters and Coheirs of the said
Blay and Isabella Blay Another Daughter and Coheir of the said
Blay; Rejected the Petⁿ not having Complyed with the Resolution
of this House made last Session of Assembly
