Advantages Arising from it being such as come from other parts
to purchase what the People can Spare which their Necessitys Oblige
them to part with at very Cheap rates.
Thus May it please your Excellency. We have given as full a
State of the Circumstances of the Country concerning its Trade as
we could. And we can Assure you that we have not Represented its
Condition worse than it really is.
