An Engrossed bill from the lower House by Col Herman & Mr
Blackiston Entituled an Act to Make and Emitt Thirty six thousand
pounds Current Money of Maryland in bills of Creditt & for Easing
the Inhabitants of this Province in the payment of Debts and to
raise a fund to sink the said bills of Creditt. thus Subscribed.

3d September 1731
