more setting forth the advantages this Province may probably receive
by a Liberty Granted by Act of Parliament for Importation of
Salt from Europe, this House hath appointed Philip Lee Esq^r and
Coll^o Rider to Join such Members as shall be nominated by Your
House to Consider of Proper Expedients to Effect the same
