At a Generall Assembly of the Province of Maryland begun and
held at the City of Annapolis the Nineteenth day of August in the
fourth Year of the Reigne of Our Sovereigne Lord George the
second and in the Seventeenth year of His Lordships the Lord Pro-
prietaries Dominion &c. Annoq Domini 1731. Being the fifth Session
of this present Generall Assembly.

Members of the Upper House
Mr Harris and Mr King from the lower House attend and Ac-
quaint His Excellency the Governeur that there are a Sufficient
Number of Members met to make a House and proceed upon Busi-
ness and wait His Excellencys Commands.
Whereupon Col Richard Tilghman and Col Matthew Tilghman
Ward are sent to the Lower House to Acquaint them His Excellency
