Sent by Phillip Lee Esqr
His Excellency the Governeur recomends to the Consideration of

this House an Act of Assembly formerly made in this Province En-
tituled an Act for the punishment of certain Offences against the
Peace and Safety of this Province.
Ordered that the above mentioned Act be taken into Immediate
Consideration.

Ordered that Philemon Lloyd Esqr Coll Matthew Tilghman Ward
and Phillip Lee Esqr prepare a Bill Accordingly.
Adjourned till two of the Clock in the Afternoon

This House met again According to Adjournment
Present as in the Morning wth the Addition of Coll. Holland.
A Bill from the lower House by Mr Harris and Eleven more En-
tituled an Act to make and Emit Thirty Six Thousand pounds Paper
Money in bills of Creditt, and for easing the Inhabitants of this Prov-
ince in the payment of Debts, and to raise a Fund to sink the said
bills of Creditt, thus Endorsed.

Read the first time & ordered to lye on the Table.

Gunder Erickson late of Prince Georges County Deced.
