Acquaint the Speaker his Excellency Requires His Attendance with
the whole House to see the Act past this Session Entituled An Act
to prevent the Infection and Spreading of the small pox from a Ves-
sell belonging to Amos Woodward Merchant receive the Assent.
The whole House Attend and by their Speaker, present to His
Excellency the aforementioned Act, w^ch was Signed and Assented
to on behalf e of the Right Hono^ble the Lord Proprietary of this Prov-
ince and sealed with his Lordships Great Seale at Arms; By his
Excellency the Governeur.
