At a Generall Assembly of the Province of Maryland begun and
held at the City, of Annapolis the Thirteenth day of July in the fourth
Year of the Reigne of Our Sovereigne Lord George the Second
and in the Seventeenth Year of his Lordships the Lord Proprietaries
Dominion &c. Being the fourth Session of this present Generall
Assembly, Annoq Domini 1731.

Mr Beale and Mr Dulany from the Lower House Attend and
Acquaint his Excellency the Governeur That there are a Sufficient
Number of Members met to make a House. And wait His Ex-
cellencys Commands.
Whereupon Collo Richard Tilghman & Collo Matthew Tilghman
Ward are Sent to the Lower House to Acquaint them His Excel-
lency Requires the Speaker and the whole House to Attend him in
the Councill Chamber.
