Upper House delivered to M^r Speaker the following Message Viz.

Coll^o Greenfeild from the Committee Appointed to Prepare an
Address to the Lord Proprietary in Conjunction with the Gentlemen
of tlie Upper House brought in one read the same in his Place &
Delivered it in at the board which was afterwards read by the Clerk
of this House and approved of.

by the Printer. In Order that the Vestry of Each parish may have
them in due time.

May it Please your Honours.
This House approves the Address of the Lord Proprietary Pre-
pared by the Committee of both Houses and is Desirous to know the
Resolution of your house in Relation thereto

Gentlemen.
This House also approves of the Address prepared by the Com-
mittee of both House [s] and Desires the same may be Engrossed in
Order for its being Signed.

The Address to the Lord Proprietary was Ordered to be Ingrossed.
The House Adjourned untill Two of the Clock in the Afternoon

The House met according to Adjournment, The Members were
Called and all Present as in the Morning.
Ordered on the Representation of James Hollyday Esq^r who hath
a bill returned Protested drawn by Cap" Magier paid to Benjamin
Tasker Esq^r as Naval Officer in this Province & by him Indorsed
to the said James Hollyday as Treasurer of the Eastern Shore of
Maryland that unless an Intimation be given to the said Hollyday
from M^r Hunt. Merchant in London bv the first of March next that
