The Ingrossed Bill Entituled an Act for the building a Church in
Baltemore County and in a Town Called Baltemore Town in S^t Pauls
Parish was read & Assented to. And Sent to the Upper House with
the paper bill thereof by M^r Tolley. Who returns & Says he Deliv-
ered the Same.
The Bill for the Releif of John Smith of Cecil County was read the
Second time & Passed & sent to the Upper House by M^r Johnson &
M^r George, Who return & say they delivered the same.
The Bill Entituled an Act for the Preservation of the breed of
Wild Deer was read the first and Second time by an Especial Order
and Passed and Sent to the Upper House byJames Hollyday Esq^r
