Mr Speaker and the whole House gave their attendance and
saw the following Laws Assented to on behalf of the right
Honourable the Lord Proprietary by his Honour the Gov-
ernor and Signed by him and Sealed with his Lordships Seal
at Arms viz.
1 No I An Act to Prohibit the Exportation of Indian Corn
for the time therein limited to suspend the execution of an
Act entituled An Act prohibiting the Importation of Bread,
Beer, Flour, Malt, Wheat or other Indian or English Grain
or Meal, Horses, Mares, Colts or Filleys from Pennsylvania
and the Territories thereto Belonging
No 2 An Act for the Relief of such persons as have been
convicted of any Breach of the Acts of Assembly for pre-
venting the making Trashy Tobacco and for the bettering
the Staple of this province and the Explanatory Act thereof
unheard or have suffered by the misconstruction of the said
Laws.
No 3 An act to cutt off the Entail of a certain Tract of
Land called Billingsleys Point and to enable John Jordan to
make Sale of the same.
No 4. An Act investing an Estate of Inheritance in fee
Simple of a Tract of Land called little Bohemia or Bohemia
Middle neck in Ephraim Augustine Herman of Cecil County
Gent and his Heirs forever and to cutt off the Entail thereof
and to make Good and Valid any Sale thereof to be made by
the said Herman or his heirs aforesaid
No 5 An Act declaring what Estate Gabriel Parker and
Ann his Wife, John Abbington and Mary his wife, William
Hutcheson and William Pile and Elizabeth his Wife have in
the Lands severally devised to them by William Hutcheson
Gentleman deceased.
No 6 A Supplementary Act to the Act Entituled An Act
for the relief of Debtors and ascertaining the manner of
Tenders in Tobacco
No 7 An Act to confirm unto William Anderson of Ann
Arundell County a certain Tract of Land herein after men-
tioned
