lieving the Inhabitants of this Province from some difficulties
they may lye under in paying their Levies &c. and the Bill
as amended according to the Message & the following In-
dorsement made on the Bill Viz.

Read and will pass with the following Amendment viz.
the word About, and the Words take the best Care I can to
be incerted in the latter Oath which will make it Agreable to
the former Oath
