12. An engrost Bill for the Relief of Josias Sunderland of
Calvert County from the Reversall of a Judgment obtain'd ag^t
him in his L^pps Prov^l Court by Samuel Gover of Ann Arundell
County on an Appeal from Calvert County Court the originall
Action being brought as well at the suit of the said Lord
Prop^ry as the said Sunderland And for the affirming the
Judgment obtain'd by his L^pp and Sunderland ag^t the said
Samuel Gover in Calvert County Court.
13. An engrost Bill empowering a Comittee to lay assess
and apportion the Publick Levy for this present year Seven-
teen hundred & twenty six.
All which his Hon^r the Governour was pleas'd to pass into
Laws by Sealing them w^th the right honble the Lord Prop^rys
great Seale of this province and severally thus endorsing
them viz.
July the 25^th 1726.

this generall Assembly in the following Words viz.

Gentlemen of the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly.
This Sessions being concluded, it remains only, that I Pro-
rogue You, which I hereby do, with the Advice of his Lord-
ship's Councill, to the second Tuesday of November next;
And you are required to take notice, that you are accordingly
so prorogued.
