was read and assented to and was so endorst & Sent to the
upper House by Mr Crabb & Colo Belt.

On reading the Petition of Thomas Manning Leave is given
to bring in a Bill to put the Petr in the same State as to prose-
cuting his Appeale as if it had been done in due time, And
Ordrd that a generall Supplementary Bill be prepar'd to the
Act for better Admrn of Justice in Testamentary Affairs &c
