The House meets according to Adjournm^t The Proceed-
ings yesterday are read.
The Petition of W^m Bozman referr'd from Oct^r Assembly
last was read, and the parties concern'd viz. The Pet^r &
Hannah Horsey appearing consent to the recieving the Depo-
sitions taken before Mess^rs Stoughton & Scot, seperately as
Evidence notw^thstanding the ord^r made in Oct^r Assembly,
And on hearing the Allegations of the said Parties Leave is
given to bring in a Bill to Confirm the Land according to the
Intent of the Marriage Contract from Randall Revell Sen^r
w^th the proviso propos'd.
M^r Speaker Communicates to this House his Hon^r the Gov-
ern^rs Answer to the Address of this House of yesterday viz.
