as well to make void all Obligacons taken in those Offices as
for the refunding all moneys recd for the ffees that have
accrued since the Expiracon of the late Law and those ffees
to be paid according to the regulation proposed last Sessions
which we hope you will Concurr with as a happy means of
saving us the ungrateful Task of troubling his Honour the
Governor with such Sollicitations on the Occasions Mentiond
in the report of our Committee as our Duty to our Countrey
in a most particular manner Engages us to.

In Answer to your Message by Mr Mackall and Mr King
relating to Officers fees we are willing to pass a Bill according
to the regulation propos'd last Sessions by the Committee of
both Houses, with the Amendments then propos'd by this
House; together with the additionall Clause propos'd in your
message.

Greenfield & five more Entituled An Act lo restrain the ill
practices of Attorneys and to prevent their takeing money
ffees and ascertaining what fees shall be allowed to Prac-
titioners in the Law who shall attend the Circuit Courts thus
Endors't viz.

Read the first time and Ordered a Second reading to
Morrow
