of the Commissions of Assize and the following Answer pre-
pared thereto

Gentlemen.
We have recommended to his Honour the Governor your
Message of the 16th Instant relating to the Charge of the
Commissions of Assize and he has been pleased to Assure us
that he will cause those Commissions to be Regulated for the
future according to your request in the said Message.
