Read the Message by M^r Hawkins and M^r Jordan Yester-
day relating to Officers fees and Ordered that the following
Answer be prepared thereto viz.

Gentlemen.
In Answer to your Message by M^r Hawkins and M^r Jordan
yesterday this House does Appoint Col^o Matthew Tilghman
Ward John Rousby and Philip Lee Esq^r to Joyn such mem-
bers of your House (as you shall think proper) in a Con-
ference on the Subject matter in the said Message contained
