In Answer to your Message by Mr Hawkins and Mr Jordan
yesterday this House does Appoint Colo Matthew Tilghman
Ward John Rousby and Philip Lee Esqr to Joyn such mem-
bers of your House (as you shall think proper) in a Con-
ference on the Subject matter in the said Message contained

ference proposed for regulating Officers ffees, who are ready
to attend at such time and place as your Honours shall think
proper.
