Indian Lands at Chicocona upon Nanticoke and Choptank
Rivers) being Read it is ordered that a Message be prepared
and sent to the Lower House which message is as follows viz.

By the Upper House of Assembly Octo^r the 12^th 1725
Gentlemen.

We herewith send you severall Papers laid before us by
his Honour the Governour relating to M^r Riders and Nicholls
Claim to some part of the Indian Lands at Chicocona upon
Nanticoke and Choptank Rivers and propose that a Committee
of some members of both Houses be appointed to Enquire into
that Affair and make Report thereof
