In answer to your Message Yesterday by Mr Hopkins and
Mr Dashiel this House does appoint Benjamin Tasker Esqr
to Join with Capt Nathaniel Hopkins Capt. Joseph Harrison
and Mr John Oldham to View the Stadt House and to make
report thereon that the necessary Repairs may be made.

Octobr the 16th 1724
Gentlemen.
Upon Consideracon of Your Message of October the 10th
by Colo Mackall and five others we are of Opinion that what
ever defects may have hapned in the forms of the Oaths to
be administred to the Judges of the Provinciall and County
Courts by the frequent and Careless Transcribing of the
Clerks they Ought to be Corrected, And whenever laid before
our House we shall readily Concurr therein.

Daniel Dulany Esqr from the Committee of Laws Reports
that the Allegacons in the Petition of Mr Hutchinson's
Devisees are made good Thereupon Leave is Given to bring
