A Supplementary Bill to the Act for Ascertaining the
bounds of Land was Read with the Amendments and past
and being so Endorst was sent to the Upper House by M^r
Lee and the rest of the Committee of Law.
Who return and Say They have Delivered it. A Bill
against Buying and Selling of Offices, and to prevent Cor-
ruption in Officers being read the first and Second Times by
Especial Order. Will pass which was Endorst and Sent to
the Upper House by M^r Crabb and M^r Earle.
Who return and Say they have Delivered it.
The House Adjourns till to morrow morning nine of the
Clock.

Yesterdays Proceedings are Read. A Supplementary Bill to
the Act Laying an Imposition on negroes &c. was read the
first and second Times by Especial Order and Will pass,
which being so Endorst was Sent to the Upper House by M^r
Lee and three Others.
Who return and say they have Delivered it. Coll^o Addison
from the Upper House Delivers M^r Speaker the Bill ag^st
Buying and Selling of Offices, and to Prevent Corrupcon in
Officers. Thus Endorst Viz.
