Schools in the Severall Counties within this province was
read the Second time and past which was so Endorst and
Sent to the Upper House by M^r Stoddert and Eleven more

The House meets According to Adjournment. Yester-
days proceedings are read.
An Engrost Bill to prevent the Tumultuous Meetings and
other Irregularities of negroes and Other Slaves was read
and assented to and was so Endorst and Sent to the Upper
House by M^r Young and M^r Read.
They return and say they Delivered it.
The following Message is prepared viz :

other necessary Books for their use We Desire your Honours
