The Case of Samuell Cover being very particular and as we
are informed, haveing been fully heard Last Sessions before
you and rejected is one reason that makes us unwilling the
Law should have a Retrospect so farr at Least as relates to
him; but in relation to others if you Insist upon it we Con-
sent that the Bill do pass.
