Then the House took into Consideration the Bill for the En-
couragemt of Learning &c. and Ordered the following Mes-
sage to be prepared Viz.
By the Upper House of Assembly Oct. the 16th 1723
Gentlemen.
We desire your House to Appoint some of yor Members
to be Joyned with Colo Addison and Colo Tilghman, in order
to fill up the Blank Spaces in the Bill for the Encouragement
of Learning &ca and to Agree [upon] Visitors for the several
Schools to be Erected in the several Counties.
