Bozman was sent to the Lower House by Esqr Bowles
Then the House Ordered the Bill for laying an Im-
position on Pork, Pitch, and Tarr in Lieu of the Duty on Furrs
to be read and the following Endorsement made thereon viz.

This Bill will pass with the following amendments (Viz)
By the Rector and Visitors of the Free School according
to the Directions of an Act of Assembly Relating to Free
Schools made at a Session of Assembly begun and held at
Annapolis in October 1695 intituled to the Kings most Ex-
cellent Majesty &c.
