Coll: Young from the upper House Delivers Mr Speaker
the Bill for the relief of some persons that have Suffered by
the Tobacco Laws thus Endorst Viz:

By the Uppr House of Assembly Novr the 2d 1722.

This Bill will pass if instead of the Words (and by other
undue prosecucons) be inserted these words (as it is repre-
sented to this Present Generall Assembly).

Which was Amended Accordingly and past for En-
grossing.
Coll: Addison from the Uppr House delivers Mr Speaker
the Bill for Limitacon of Actions of Trespass and Ejectment
thus Endorst.

By the Uppr House of Assembly Novr the 2d 1722
Read and will pass.

The Supplementary Bill to the Act to prevent making
Trashy Tobacco was thus Endorst Viz:

By the Lower House of Assembly Novr the 2d 1722
This Bill being framed Contrary to Several former resolves

veniences therein Can't consent the same should pass.
