Samuel Young a Member thereof to join with Mr Robert
Tyler and Jno Beale Esqr (Appointed by yor House) to
Agree with proper Workmen for the Necessary repairs of
the Publick Goal at Annapolis at Such Time and place as they
shall think fit after this Sessions.

Upon Deliberate Consideracon of the within Peto and
Plat, it is obvious to us that the Pet" have Manifest Injustice
done them; and for that wee Apprehend the Land Commrs
had not a power by Law to Ascertaine the bounds of Land
