Six Engrossed Bills from the Lower House by Capt Har-
rison and Mr Travers viz.
An Engross'd Bill to confirm Lands devised for the use
of the Church
An Engrossed Bill to regulate Prosecutions in Criminal
Cases
An Engrossed Bill for the Amendment of the Law and
the speedy Advancement of Justice in Relation to the assess-
ing of Damages,
An Engrossed Bill for Continuing all Causes in the High
Court of Appeals to be held in July 1722 for the Time therein
mention'd
An Engrossed Bill for preventing the destroying of Boun-
daries or bounded Trees and the bounding of Trees or setting
up Boundaries without lawful Authority,
An Engrossed Bill to enable James Lloyd and Anne his Wife
and Deborah Pemberton Surviving Executors of Robt Grundy
deceased to convey the Lands and Water mill therein men-
tion'd according to the Sales thereof made by the deceased
in his Life Time thus severally endorsed
