We conceive that Part of the Provisoe in the Bill com-
prised in these words viz (or about which there is at this Time
any Contest or Law suit depending) ought not to be inserted,
because a case now depending, and not determined by Law,
has as good and equitable a Right to the Benefit of this Bill, as
any Case not yet brought into Dispute; with which Alteration
this Bill will pass
