the Petition of Elizabeth and Thomas Guibert complaining
Against the Land Commissioners of S^t Mary's County thus
endorst Viz:

On the Remonstrance of Sam^l Young Esq^r Treasurer of the
Western Shoar that there is due from the late Sherrife of
Saint Mary's County one hundred pounds Currency on the
Seizure of two New England Sloops ag^t the Act Prohibiting
the Exportation of Hydes and old Iron &^c

Ordered that the Clerk of this house acq^t the said Late
Sherrife that he render an Acco^t thereof at the next Sessions
of Assembly how the said Money is disposed of, or that other
wise he will be sued for the same.
The house adjourns till two a Clock in the Afternoon.
