the Petition of Elizabeth and Thomas Guibert complaining
Against the Land Commissioners of St Mary's County thus

On the Remonstrance of Saml Young Esqr Treasurer of the
Western Shoar that there is due from the late Sherrife of
Saint Mary's County one hundred pounds Currency on the
Seizure of two New England Sloops agt the Act Prohibiting
the Exportation of Hydes and old Iron &c
Ordered that the Clerk of this house acqt the said Late
Sherrife that he render an Accot thereof at the next Sessions
of Assembly how the said Money is disposed of, or that other
wise he will be sued for the same.
The house adjourns till two a Clock in the Afternoon.
