Sundry Aggrievances to this house w^ch we Conceive are abso-
lutely necessary to be Redressed we humbly offer their Report

in Applying Remedies to so great Evills

It is humbly Offered to this Comittee as an Aggrievance
that there are Severall of the Honble Councill Sitt as Judges
in the Prov^ll Court which seems to be very Discourageing to
such psons as may have Just Cause to Appeal before the Gov^r
and Councill knowing that the same Judges sitt in the Courts
of Appeals all w^ch the Comittee referrs to the House for Con-
sideracon.
