October the 20^th 1720
May It please your honours
We Have Considered your Message of this day by John
Hall Esq^r and two Others of your honourable Members And
have Altered our former Resolucons on the Act for Ascer-
taining the bounds of Land And Agree that a Supplementary
bill be brought in, to that Act wherein Provision may be made
to Oblidge The Comissioners that Oualifie themselves to At-
tend their Duty
That Three persons in Each County be Appointed by the
Governour Who are to hear and Determine Appeals from
the Com^rs on the first View, and to Determine all such Peti-
tions as now lye before this house Complaining of any the
Decrees of the Land Com^rs w^th w^ch if your house Agrees the
bill may be prepared
