Gentlemen.
I Can't Conclude without Observing to you with great
Pleasure that those Little Heats, which Lately disturbed you
are now happily at An End which gives me Hopes of your
being United for the Common wellf are. And as I purpose the
Greatest Happiness to my Self during my Administration in
the General Good of this Province, and shall always use my
best Endeavours to Effect it; so I shall take those to be my
Lord Proprietors Friends who will heartily Join their En-
deavours with mine to make us an United Happy People.

and Major Richd Colegate.
ffor the Committee of Laws. James Stoddart Esqr Mr
Phillip Lee, Mr James Smith Col Roger Woollford Coll John
Mackall, Mr Edmond Benson, Mr Alexander Contee and Mr
James Earle Junr
ffor the Committee of Aggrievances Mr Robert Tyler, Capt
Daniel Mariartee, Collonel Nathaniel Hvnson Mr Thomas
ffisher and Mr Richd Warfield.
ffor the Committee of Accounts Mr Joseph Hill,, Capt St
Leiger Codd Capt John Rider, Mr James Earle Senr and Mr
William Turbutt.
Resolved that this House will sit to do Business from Eight
of the Clock till Eleven in the Forenoon and from One till five
